- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika powder, sweet
You can be as creative as you like when it comes to topping your burger. We topped our burger with the following ingredients:
- 200 Goat cheese
- Lamb's lettuce
- Red pepper
preparation
Rinse the lentils with water until the water is clear. Stir the vegetable stock into the water and let the lentils cook for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, you can chop the onions and garlic. Once the lentils have reached a good consistency, pour off the remaining water and let the lentils cool for a few minutes. When the lentils are lukewarm, stir in the onions, garlic, raspberry powder, salt, pepper and paprika powder. Once everything is well mixed, add the extra. Add the flour as a binding agent. Now form small patties with your hands, which are then fried in the pan until golden brown.
Tip
The burger tastes best with fresh buns and a fruity burger sauce.
