Global trend superfood

From a traditional North German vegetable to a global trend superfood: The king of cabbage impresses with its content of vitamins, minerals and plant substances such as lutein and zeaxanthin. Our kale powder is purely plant-based, with no artificial additives, preservatives or added sugar.

So many good things

We only process the young leaf shoots of kale because they have the highest content of the plant substances lutein and zeaxanthin. Kale is also full of minerals and vitamins. Vitamin K, for example, helps maintain normal bones. After harvesting, the leaf shoots are gently dried and then ground into powder.

From the north to your plate!

In northern Germany, kale is traditionally served in the winter months as a hearty home-cooked meal together with potatoes, Pinkelwurst and smoked pork. The advantage of our kale powder is obvious: it is available all year round, has a long shelf life and contains all the nutrients that would otherwise be lost through long cooking.

Our kale comes from our own cultivation. We also harvest and process it ourselves, so that we can offer you a fresh, pure product.
