How to make it creamy
Pour the contents of the pouch into a bowl and add 140 ml of water, stir both together and let your porridge steep for a few minutes until it is wonderfully creamy. If desired, you can top it with fruits, our organic spirulina crumbs or flakes, and refine everything with a little nut butter. Enjoy your meal!

WHY ARE THE SUPERFOODS DRIED?
By gently drying our products, we can make them last longer, meaning the superfoods are available all year round. In addition, the nutrients remain in the products because they are not cooked or processed in any other way. The drying process is important, and ours is extremely gentle.

Our capsules are made of cellulose and are therefore vegan.
